If you like peace and quiet, but at the same time you want to be close to the bars, supermarkets, the city center and beaches, then this location is perfect for you :) You will also have your own private parking place in front of the building so you don't have to be stressed about finding a free spot.

Surrounded by a vegetation reserve of Dubrava-Hanzine, it offers a luxurious experience - the sweeping views of the Pag Bay and the mountain range of Velebit, for one. On the first floor: bedroom, air conditioner; on ground floor: kitchen, bathroom. Wifi. Size of the apartment is approx. 26 square meters. There is not a private terrace. The apartment is not suitable 3 persons or for small children.
