Kitchen downstairs and sleeping quarters upstairs. Shared lake-front grass yard with outdoor fire pit. Community dock visible from the house (1 min drive/5 min walk) to fish/launch watercraft. Pet friendly. 7 minute drive to Historic Granbury Square and City Beach. No swimming directly from the property as we have a high sea wall.
