NO SMOKING/VAPING indoors. NO PARTIES. Close to bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Short five block walk to beach. Off-street parking space for ONE vehicle only. Unit is for a maximum of TWO GUESTS ONLY! Their is free street parking right in front of the apartment . Uber gets here quickly! If you have dog allergies the heat is forced hot air with dogs next door.
