1924 Spanish Retreat in the Hollywood Hills

Wake up to city views and soak up the sunshine at a classic Spanish Hollywood hideaway with Bohemian flavor. Eat breakfast on the terrace and look out over the treetops swaying in the cool breeze, before a hike to the famous Hollywood Sign. Gated, Spanish charmer in the Hollywood Hills, between Beachwood Canyon and the Hollywood Dell. Decks with views and outdoor living space/patio with hillside mediterranean gardens. House is divided - Guest will stay in the Two-Story Main House while Hosts live in the back of house with separate entrance. We are well-traveled creative types on premises in the divided back house. We'll meet you when you arrive and show you the house & yard, and then be available by text or call for any questions. We are more than happy to interact with guests, but also respect that some guests may want to keep to themselves. Walk to Hollywood, Beachwood Canyon, or Franklin Village. Uber or Lyft comes in seconds and takes minutes to Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park, and West Hollywood. Griffith Park is minutes from the house. Walk to the Hollywood and Vine Metro Red Line Station, The Flyaway bus from LAX drops you off at Hollywood and Argyle just 5 blocks away. It is only 8 dollars. Uber and Lyft cars are everywhere Not Handicap Accessible - we are up two flights of outdoor stairs to enter the house, and bedrooms are up another flight of stairs. This house is not child-proofed so not suitable for children, there are floor to ceiling windows with no child guards.We do have a lovely doodle named Theodore. He is hypoallergenic and does not shed. He is kept in a separate yard and you won't be interacting with him unless you would like to of course!

Welcome to Los Feliz! Enjoy a stay in our beautiful suite, tucked away in your own private garden. Located on the lower level of our home with a separate entrance. The suite is newly renovated with plenty of light and charm. Occasionally you may hear overhead sounds from upstairs. Outside you can relax under the pergola and enjoy the sunshine. Blocks away is all Los Feliz has to offer from fun restaurants and eclectic shopping to grocery stores and ice cream, and minutes from Griffith Park.

Adorable 1bed Old Hollywood Inspired Guest House

Welcome to my old-Hollywood inspired home. This guest house sits on a large property with the main house. It's only fitting that an Old-Hollywood home would be right in the middle of the movie studio capital. Burbank is the home of big movie studios and a rich cultural society. Not too far from the party that is Hollywood, but tucked away enough for those who like the party to stop when it's bedtime. I’m so glad to share this space with you and I hope you enjoy it.

Getaway to this private guest house conveniently located in Hollywood’s backyard. Located within the city of Burbank, home to the major studios.
