This newly renovated cottage has a kitchen that is built up around original cabinetry; but, has new appliances tastefully incorporated. The hallway leads to the 2 bedrooms with their antique style beds; but , with 12" memory foam mattresses. The bathroom boasts a walk-in glass shower and a sink right out of the 1947 Sears catalog.

This very clean 1,400 sq ft 3 bed 2 bath home has been freshly painted a couple of years ago and most furniture is newer. The reason this home has a no pets rule is because the owner is allergic. This home is 1 mile to a 24 hour gas station/mini mart and a couple of miles to a grocery store and fast food restaurants and about 5 miles to the San Antonio International airport. Walking distance to the subdivision walking path, beach style volleyball, and children's playground.
