Laat ons je wegnemen van de afleidingen van het leven naar een plek waar je kunt genieten van de natuur in een gezellige hut, allemaal binnen 30 minuten van het centrum van Cincinnati. Je kunt vissen in het meer als je dat wilt, of een ritje maken in de waterfiets, of gewoon genieten van het luisteren naar de vogels op de veranda. De kans is groot dat je wilde kalkoen of whitetail herten kunt spotten.

Kom en verblijf een tijdje in dit charmante en unieke studio appartement. Gelegen in het hartje van het historische Aurora, IN, kun je naar alle winkels, parken en restaurants lopen! Stap uit op je eigen patio en geniet van je uitzicht op de rivier de Ohio! Het is de perfecte romantische uitje. We zijn ook huisdiervriendelijk, dus als je je harige vrienden mee wilt nemen, zijn we blij om ze ook te ontvangen, maar houd er rekening mee dat er een vergoeding van $ 100 is die onze extra kosten dekt. Voeg ze gewoon toe bij je gasten bij het uitchecken.

Dit comfortabele en gezellige huis ligt in het hart van het centrum van Lawrenceburg en ligt op loopafstand van alles! We hebben een grote achtertuin die geweldig is voor familie om bij de vuurplaats rond te hangen en te genieten van hun tijd weg van huis. Er is een grote buitentelevisie met adirondack-stoelen en picknicktafels om te ontspannen. Woonkamer heeft 75'tv- beide slaapkamers hebben 55' tv 's. Grote Sectional in Woonkamer en grote eettafel in keuken. Koffiebar- Wasmachine en droger - veranda aan de voorkant in de achtertuin.

Goed onderhouden Duplex huis met een grote eigen oprit en patio aan de achterkant. Helemaal niet delen! Nieuwe verf overal, schone laminaatvloeren in de woonkamer en keuken. Groot eten in de keuken volledig uitgerust met alle grote apparaten en alle kleine waren. Perfecte unit op de eerste verdieping met slechts vijf treden om het gebouw binnen te komen en geen trappen naar binnen. Nieuwe queensize bedden/matrassen in beide slaapkamers. Privé off-street parkeren is beschikbaar in een veilige rustige buurt. Het enige wat ontbreekt ben jij!

Dit charmante eengezinswoning is comfortabel ingericht en ligt in het historisch dorpje Sayler Park, op slechts 10 mijl van het centrum van Cincinnati en Over The Rhine en op 15 mijl van Lawrenceburg, Indiana (Perfect North Slopes, Hollywood Casino, Lawrenceburg Event Center). CVG luchthaven op slechts 6 mijl afstand met Anderson Ferry. De snelwegen en veerboten zijn gemakkelijk te bereiken in het Creation Museum en evenementen in Covington en Newport, Kentucky.
