The boat ramp is only a half mile down the hill, so bring your own boat, or take a 15 min drive to Wax Marina to rent one for your stay. We're also close driving distance to Blue Holler Off-Road Park, Trout Fishing and Mammoth Cave National Park.

For tourism, we are located approximately 25 minutes from Mammoth Cave National Park; 20 minutes from Barren River State Park; 40 minutes from National Corvette Museum; and 45 minutes from the Abraham Lincoln Birthplace. It's very peaceful and relaxing.

Campground bathrooms are about 80 yards away with hot showers, parking a little further on. Sun shade & AC help with heat, but still may be warm during hot days.
