Spacious Craftsman style home perfect for family vacations. Peaceful Lake Hartwell lot minutes from downtown Hartwell with private, covered dock for your own boat and/or jet ski and only two minutes from boat ramp and 10 minutes from Hartwell Marina. Sleeps 10 total - 2 Queen BRs on main and in basement w/King BR and 4 single bunk beds on 3rd floor. Lots of room for entertaining with well-equipped kitchen, large fire pit area, walk-out patio, screened-in porch, and basement with ping pong table.

Escape to this cozy Lake Hartwell retreat! Just 10 minutes from Portman Marina, 5 minutes to Party Island, & a short drive to Clemson, it’s the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. Enjoy our private dock on deep water, perfect for swimming & fishing. Two paddleboards are available for use. An orange arrow marks the gently sloping gravel path to the lake, right across the street from the house. Plenty of room for boat trailer parking on-site! Double Springs boat ramp is only a mile away.

3 little Care Bear bungalow

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

The Elm Cottage

The Elm Cottage awaits with gorgeous lake views from the front and rear of the home! This amazing newly built home is stylish and a very spacious and located right on Lake Hartwell just a few miles from town and many surrounding amenities. It is perfect for families or group stays. It is professionally decorated and thoughtfully accommodated with everything you will need for relaxation and comfort so all you will need to do is make wonderful memories. Bring your boat to enhance your stay.

Lake House Retreat Near downtown Hartwell

Bring the whole family to this great place situated right on a large yet quiet cove of lake Hartwell with lots of room for fun without breaking the bank! Plenty of beds, a huge yard, outdoor seating for everyone either in the deck, at the fire pit or on the second floor of the dock. Your back porch will be just a 100 ft flat walk to swimming, boating (bring your own boat), fishing and all the fun the lake has to offer. This place will be the perfect backdrop to the memories that will be made!

About 6 miles from Hartwell Cateechee golf course/dining. Many nearby opportunities for boating/fishing/hiking, etc. On-site parking for cars/trucks/boats/trailers. Only about 15 miles from Anderson, SC with its associated dining/bars/shopping/breweries and events.
