Hummerlyckan is a charming house located at Strandvagen in Hamburgsund. The house is spacious with two floors and a cozy secluded apartment in the basement. Ideal for 1-2 families. The house has a unique location only 20m from the sea shore with a magnificent view and evening sun until late hours. Located about 200m from ICA Supermarket and there are 4 restaurants within 200m. Large lawn outside and on the other side of the road is the wharf. The ferry to Hamburgo is located around 100m south.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

In addition, it is close to sea bathing, fishing, paddling with our two kayaks and walking distance to our charming local restaurants (Havstenssunds Bistro and Skaldjurcaffeet). It is 8 km to Grebbestad where there is a rich selection of restaurants and shops that are open all year round.

Det finns en loftsäng som är upphängd i taket med stege upp (140 cm), en bäddsoffa (140 cm) och, om man önskar, kan man få en resesäng för små barn/spädbarn. OBS! Gäster tar med egna sängkläder och handdukar. Städningen står gästen för.

I tillegg til en større sandstrand som sees fra boligen, svaberg med sandbunn. Ved langtidsleie i lavsesong tilkommer elektrisitet gebyr måndelig: sek 5.000,-, ukentlig: sek 1 250,-.
