Estia is a ground-floor 60sq luxury apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining room, comfortable bathroom, large verandas and garden with fruit trees. It has seaview even from inside and is fully equipped with modern and quality equipment. It's located 50 meters from the quiet beach of Lachania with crystal water, considered one of the best on the island. There is also large private parking place and direct access to the garden. There are no stairs to access the apartment even inside.
