Rediscover the joy of the outdoors in this forest cottage. The romantic cabin is set in the trees overlooking Tomales Bay. The cottage exudes a rustic modern elegance with unique art and antiques. A cast-iron gas fireplace provides warmth and romantic ambiance. The sumptuous bed and soft fine linens will ease your senses. The spacious patio, with recliners, provide everything needed to relax and enjoy the ebb and flow of Inverness living. Settle in and let the wildlife and changing light on the trees entertain you. If you love to cook, the cottage has a fully equipped kitchen. Or, enjoy a lovely evening out at one of the many acclaimed restaurants in the area. Take a hike during the day, rent a kayak for an adventure on the bay, or visit some of the quaint coastal towns. Return to your own private cottage to enjoy romantic nights by the cozy wood stove. Rich furnishings, heated floors, a big leather couch and tasteful decorative touches will cradle you in the lap of unexpected luxury in this delightful cabin. Guest have access to the whole cottage and patio area. The cottage is located in between Inverness and Inverness Park, the latter being home to Inverness Park Market - a market like no other, and not to be missed. Just a few miles down the road is the town of Inverness with cafes, restaurants, and pubs. A car is the best way to see the area. Parking is never an issue. 1) The house is in a quiet, family neighborhood, So it is really not the best place for loud late night parties. I absolutely encourage utilizing the outdoor area in the evenings, but please be mindful of noise. 2) If you are using the patio area at night, please do not play music out there after 10pm. 3) Please do not congregate in the driveway- It is shared space with the next door neighbors. 4) There is absolutely no cigarette smoking permitted inside the house. 5) If you break something, please just let me know about it- It gives me the opportunity to replace it before the next guest arrives. 6) There is room for only 1 car in the parking area. 7) Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

Private cabin in a serene, wooded setting, 20 min. to Santa Cruz. Main house has two bedrooms and a loft. There are two detached glam camping gazebos, carpeted and equipped with beds, electric blankets, down comforters. Hot tub, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen, gas barbecue, large deck, views. Indoors has a modern, well-equipped kitchen, great room, gas fireplace, loft, master bedroom, guest bedroom, two bathrooms. Quality furniture, comfortable beds, stylish sectional, large dining table.

Nestled among the trees in the Santa Cruz mountains, our A-frame, "Redwood Skye," offers a peaceful retreat where you can escape and unwind. Conveniently located: 5 mins to Henry Cowell State Park, Roaring Camp Railroad & Felton Music Hall; 20 mins to Santa Cruz beaches; 45 mins to San Jose; ~1 hr to SFO. Lots of outdoor activities nearby such as hiking, biking, fishing, beaches and more - all of which landed us a spot on an upcoming episode of the Emmy award-winning TV series, “Staycation.”

This 85 year old remodeled cabin is in Felton, close to Roaring Camp Railroad, Loch Lomond Rec Area, Henry Cowell's State Park, Mount Hermon Conference Center, Felton Covered Bridge Park. The Boardwalk and beaches of Santa Cruz are a 25 minute drive from the cabin. You will be deep in the heart of redwoods and ferns with sounds of a trinkling creek. A moonlit night in the hot tub tops it all off! Fun for couples, girlfriends getaways, writers, poets, solo adventurers, and families . NO PETS
