Thanks for looking at my listing. The "Hamilton Beach House" Is newly refurbished and ready for your family's great vacation. We have redone the entire house inside, top to bottom! New paint, flooring, furniture, fixtures, electronics, mattresses, linens, housewares and more. We will not rent this house to anyone under the age of 26. This house is not available for Spring Break high school or college groups. This house is not available for parties of any kind.
