Quiet Little House on the Beach

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Our house is newly built but in the traditional neoclassical style of Galaxidi. Galaxidi is one of the most beautifully preserved towns of Greece and a well kept secret because it is not "touristy" so you get a good feel of Greece.The house is quite big, 115 sqm. It has a very warm atmosphere, with wooden floors, windows and balconies and lots of light! It is equipped for all seasons and has many extras to make your stay comfortable and happy!

Beach house Sunny amazing view Loutraki

This apartment is an idyllic spot, only an hour drive from Athens and close to spas and the Loutraki casino. It can host up to 5 people (2 double beds and a sofa bed). The main feature is the huge balcony, ideal for gatherings and families, while the small secluded beach right underneath the property makes it attractive to anyone who wants to have the choice between the vibrant bars, casino and restaurants, and some private time. Spacious and sunny.

The maisonette is ideal for families or couples, offering a fantastic view of the Corinthian Gulf and beautiful sunsets. It is located in Vouliagmeni Lake of Loutraki (in the settlement of Makrygialos). The distance from the sea is 80 meters, and from the lake, it's a 3-minute drive or a 6-minute walk. The village of Perachora, which has a supermarket, is 10 minutes away by car, and Loutraki is 20 minutes away by car.

In Palaia Epidavros, villa with swimming pool, 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the village. The apartment includes a big living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large private terrace overlooks the sea and the 12-meter swimming pool in the outside living and BBQ area. The apartment is available all year round. Full refurbishment in 2024 - all pictures not yet updated.

Συνδυάζει την ομορφιά, την ηρεμία και την ασφάλεια μιας ιδιωτικής παραλίας χωρίς κίνηση και αυτοκίνητα ενώ παράλληλα οι λάτρεις της νυχτερινής ζωής μπορούν να την απολαύσουν στα γύρω μέρη- στην Ακράτα, στο Δερβένι ή τον Πλάτανο.
