Our house is located as close as you can get to beach while also being close to restaurants (but not too close where you get tourist congestion and noise). Everything in this house revolves around the oversized pool. You will be plunging in and out all day and have dinner beside its shimmering lights. The house is modern, clean and safe (gated and monitored by security). Everything you need for the perfect, easy stay!

The Blue Zone! This spacious, classic condo is as close to the beach as you can get in Pelada & Guiones due to the Turtle Refuge not allowing true beachfront. Best sunsets in the world! Listen to the surf, the monkeys, walk to two surf spots (Pelada, Guiones & 3 including the boca), relax large patio. Everyone can do their own thing from this amazing location! Beautiful well designed and equipped studio with kitchen, ac, pool, wifi, smart tv and private parking, everything you need for a wonderful stay in Nosara. Great location, 5 min walk to the beach, close to great restaurants and a great convenient bodega for last minutes needs. 4 minutes drive to Guiones or you can get there by a beach trail in 15 min. Our nice rancho bbq is perfect to have meals outside, working, reading/exercise or just for relax.
