Besides this it's also a perfect apartment for couples on a working holiday, because of the two separate work places, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room. There's a strong wifi signal in both spaces, which makes video call's possible. This modern design apartment in a centuries old building (anno 1584) is in the centre of Utrecht.

Around the corner you walk into the forest and also you can find within a walking distance the park, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Busses to Utrecht, Vianen, trainstaton Driebergen-zeist, Amersfoort, Wijk bij Duurstede and Wageningen are within 2 to 5 min walking distance. It's a 20 min bus ride to Utrecht center ('t Neude). Also close to the central highway (A12).

Het houten huis hebben we zelf gebouwd in 2019 met gebruikte materialen. Het huis is geschikt voor 4 personen, de woonkeuken heeft een gezellig eettafeltje en gezellige zithoek. De woonkamer heeft een prachtig glazen dak dat zorgt voor een mooie licht inval. -Keuken voorzien van combi oven, vaatwasser, Koelkast, inductie kookplaat en oven. De 1e slaapkamer bevind zich op de begane grond naast de badkamer. De 2e slaapkamer is met een kort trapje te bereiken op de 1e verdieping

Spacious condo in residential area (6 guests)

Spacious and fully equipped apartment (60m2) at the top floor of our house. Located in a safe neighborhood in between the city center and the university area, both at 10 minutes by bike. The apartment is the top floor (3/3) of an old house build in 1906. All rooms can be locked and you will have all the privacy you need. Nevertheless, I live at the two lower floors, and we will share the front door and the staircase, so we will both have to be considerate.

It is a quiet street next to the vibrant 'Lombok' area. This makes it the ideal place to stay and discover Utrecht by foot. We're sure you'll enjoy Utrecht as much as we do! Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !

Gezellig, warm, ruim, gelijkvloers, toegankelijk appartement (75 m2) met ruime veranda. Woonkamer, eetkamer en keuken. Modern luchtventilatiesysteem. Knusse slaapkamer met queen size bed (180 x 220 cm) met een extra TV. Fantastische badkamer met regendouche. Het appartement bevindt zich op een kleinschalig chaletpark in het buitengebied van Soest in de natuur: midden in het bos en vlakbij Soestduinen.

Dit kleine huisje is voor mensen die houden van natuur en het landelijk gebied. Leuk voor koppels en voor gezinnen met kinderen van 6-12 jaar. Ideale startplaats om te zwemmen, wandelen, fietsen en een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen met een boekje, bij Thermen Maarssen of te genieten van mooie luchten. Op fietsafstand van Utrecht vind je deze gezellige blokhut. Hij heeft een modern interieur en is van alle gemakken voorzien. De blokhut heeft een compleet ingerichte keuken met inbouwapparatuur. De openslaande tuindeuren geven uitzicht op de tuin en zithoek. De 32" televisie geeft toegang tot meerdere premium streaming diensten voor gezellige avond film kijken of de regenachtige dagen.

In ons bijgebouw hebben wij een 2-persoons-appartement. U heeft een eigen huiskamer, keuken, badkamer en slaapkamer. Onze tuin grenst aan het Maxima-Park. De bruisende gezelligheid van Utrecht is met de trein in 10 minuten te bereiken. Hoewel onze accommodatie nog steeds 'Bed and Breakfast' heet, zijn onze accomodaties self-catered en wordt ontbijt niet aangeboden.
