Cartland Estate 2 Bedroom Loft is in the Country.Only minutes away from Niagara Falls and Attractions.We are located in the Village of Chippawa on 10 acres of country land..If you don't want to be in city and enjoy nature we are the spot! We are 1 km from Legends on the Niagara Golf Course,2 km to the Niagara Parkway Recreational Trail.where you can bike,picnic,walk on the trail.Our 1400 sqft loft has 2 bedrooms,. 4 beds, brand new 3/4 size mattress, all bedding and towels will be supplied.., 1 bathroom with shower, towels will be supplied., full kitchen ,fridge and stove,microwave, ,toaster,coffeemaker,dishes,silverware,glasses etc. TV.. No air condition.We are only minutes from local grocery store,LCBO,,restaurants ..The property has 2 natural ponds,a forest,bonfire pit....If you are a group of ladies/men golfers or a family looking for a Unique vacation we have the place.. this is a new listing we will be uploading pictures soon..you can e-mail us for any information . We require a.Min 2 night stay..Max 4 people.We do have 2 dogs on the property Murphy & Maggie our Vizsla's..and were are not Handicap Accessible****** Please Note.Breakfast not included.****

For more traditional delights, head for the many restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops. Clifton Hill and casinos are just a very short drive. You can walk, take your car, uber it or bike from where you are. we even have bus transit. We love Niagara Falls and we strive to give you the best customer service. Our first airbnb was our boat called Bob's yer Uncle and all our reviews are 5 star! Please allow us to go above and beyond for your stay in our newly renovated space!

It is 11 minutes from the Canadian border, 12 minutes from downtown Buffalo, 12 minutes from the University of Buffalo, 14 minutes from KeyBank Center and the Buffalo Convention Center, 17 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from Niagara Falls, and 25 minutes from the Buffalo Bills stadium.
