Pet Friendly! Boat for your use! We are close to numerous activities and great restaurants. Our home is located on a 16 Acre PRIVATE Lake *Traverse City 14 miles *Sleeping Bear Dune 31 miles *Crystal Mountain 17 miles Smart TV Coffee Netflix Private Lake Access Fiber Optic WI-FI Full Kitchen A Recent Review The home was very clean and updated. Having the use of a boat was awesome, and the lake was great for fishing. Very good sound proofing between the duplexes. Never heard the neighbors once!

The condo is on gorgeous East Grand Traverse Bay. The Suite was recently fully renovated. It is clean and comfortable for couples, families and friends. Close to restaurants, wineries, Horse Expo, golfing, putt putt, casino, downtown Traverse city and much more. Situated in Old Town, this home is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, beaches, shopping and much more! Home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, two living areas, laundry room, Wi-Fi and cable. Plenty of parking for up to 6 vehicles.
