We are excited to share our family’s beloved beach condo with you! This 2 bed /2 bath, ocean front condo is located on the King & Prince Beach Resort property. It is stocked with all the beach-going necessities, plus a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and a large family living room perfect to relax in after a day at the beach or to cozy up in during the wintertime. Guests will enjoy access to the South Villa private pool, hot tub, and grilling area. Please message with any questions!

This cozy cottage has just been fully renovated and newly decorated as of December 2020! The kitchen has been overhauled and features quartz countertops and farm house sink. ***This listing is for the downstairs unit at this duplex.*** The unit boasts two bedrooms with one king sized bed and the other being a queen with generous sized closets. In between the two bedrooms is a brand new full bathroom as well as a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. No pets allowed!

Location!! This beach getaway is located just steps from the beach. This condo offers 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and sleeps 6. Easy stroll to the Village Pier area where there are many restaurants and charming shops. The Neptune pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day and easy walk by the historic lighthouse. The condo is located on the first floor and has a walk out patio on the front with a partial ocean view. This unit was renovated in 2022 and has many upgrades.
