As we live on the 1st floor of the building, we are easily in contact to help with everything you need. We are available any time to answer your questions and we can provide you with great choices that would make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guests have access to all the parts of the space, such as the living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and of course to the garden. Hosts Profile: We, Akrivi and Dionisis, live on the first floor of the same house. We own 2 jewelry galleries and a work shop in the center of Chalandri and in the island of Paros. We have two daughters which are 25 and 18 years old. We are Eco Friendly, cat lovers and garden lovers ( three cats live in the garden).We love hosting and we find it a very interesting experience! Chalandri is a green, safe, and trendy area in the north of Athens, full of shops, restaurants, and coffee bars. The apartment is on a quiet side road, but is close to the center of Chalandri and only 12 minutes by metro or bus from the city center. A 24h/day mini market is just a few steps away. Our 40 square meters , one-bedroom apartment is located at the city of Xalandri. Newly renovated, with minimal and comfort decor makes the perfect getaway in the suburbs of Athens , where everything is close to the center and also relaxed when needed . A fully equipped kitchen, Air-conditioning and smart-tv meet the demands of the relaxed traveller. The area has many beautiful places to discover. A perfect mixture of modern and traditional architecture. The house was fully renovated in 2022 but we kept untouched the unique stone structure. The apartment is fully equipped with electrical appliances. There is a king-size bed (2 persons) and 2 separate beds. It's located in a suburban area, 10 minutes form the airport, 20 minutes from the sea and 45 minutes from the Athens city center by car.
