Garden Cottage - Tiny House

PLEASE NOTE: The cottage is separate from our house and living quarters. The bathroom is in the back of the main house, just a few steps from the cottage, private and not shared with anyone. We take special precautions to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bedroom and bathroom after each guest. You’ll love our place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoor space, and the neighborhood. We have a dog and a cat. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

There is a 50 foot long dock with 30 and 50 amps, so bring your boat! The Gulf is accessible by boat and Ft Myers Beach & Sanibel/Captive Island activities and beaches nearby!!

Private entrance to your one bedroom plus den (with queen size sleeper/sofa) apartment attached to main house. Direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Bedroom has a queen size bed and the den has a queen size sleeper/sofa. The den doubles as your kitchenette and sitting area with double sliding glass doors that open up to the shared pool and dock area. Gas grill and microwave for cooking (no stove). This is a separate, private studio with private entrance attached to the main house, but on the second floor above the garage. Your studio is completely separate upstairs floor behind a locked door. Laundry room is a connecting, shared space. I live in the main house. We will not cross paths unless you want to meet. Entire cozy house just for you friends and family. Perfect to spend a pleasant and relaxed moment. If you plan to have a party or event, this place is NOT for you. The neighbors are very strict in terms of noise and large groups of people. Well maintained house. CLEAN POOL BUT NOT HEATED. This apartment is a quiet and relaxing place to stay; we are located 14 minutes to the Fort Myers Airport and 10 minutes to the I-75; we are close to several malls, including Edison Mall, Gulf Coast Town Center, Miromar Outlet, Coconut Point, and Belt Tower, also near to Popular Universities as FSW and FGCU. Not to mention, we are close to Fort Myers Downtown. We prepared this apartment with everything you need for long and short-term stays.
