Modern townhouse with sunny terrace and parking in garage (with Zaptech charger). Nice and green enviroment, close to sea. 1st floor: Hall, kitchen, living room, terrace facing southwest, washing room with toilet. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms, bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. The place suits perfect for two couples, or a family. We have kids at age 0 and 3, and there are toys avaliable to be used. 5 minutes walk to beach, 20 minutes walk to city center. 5 minutes bus trip to city center.

Himmel og Hav for en utsikt :-). Sandve er en fantastisk plass på Karmøy. Vi tilbyr en leilighet med fantastisk utsikt til innseilingen og havet utenfor Sandve. Leiligheten er ny-oppusset og holder høy standard. Leiligheten har en stor terasse (30 m2) med fantastisk utsikt. Den har levegger på begge sider som skjermer for vind og innsyn. Det er tilgjengelig gassgrill og utemøbler på terassen. Leiligheten har enkel adkomst og alt på et plan. Kun 5 minutters biltur til vakre Skudesneshavn.

Cozy and urban loft apartment right in the center of town. It is in walking distance to everything. Supermarket, shopping, dining, our main street, the harbour, nightlife and public transportation. Even though it is so central there is almost no noise. If you are here for work or study, it is just minutes walking from HVL, the hospital and Aibel.

This special place is located in the center of Old Stavanger's famous historic wooden house district. A 5 minute walk will have you in the center of downtown Stavanger: at the harbor with endless shops and dining experiences.
