The Villa was designed in 1932 by the most renowned architect of that time, Marcello Piacentini, and consists of two elegant apartments that can comfortably host altogether 10 guests. Appartamento di circa 38 m2 a circa 600 m. dal mare e a circa 800 m. dalla Fiera Internazionale Marmo Macchine. L'ingresso esterno è in comune con i padroni di casa. Si entra in un giardino ben tenuto e si sale un rampa di scale per entrare nell' appartamento. Entrando troviamo la cucina funzionale. Un corridoio lungo dove troviamo un bagno con vasca ed una camera da letto. Ampie finestre soleggiano la casa e la padrona di casa cercherà di essere il più disponibile possibile.
