Quiet top floor flat, five minutes from the Metro. Very convenient for the Universities and just a short walk from Wylam Brewery.🍻 No cleaning fee, free parking. Not suitable for children or for people who make a lot of noise. Definitely no parties. Please respect the other people who live in this building - especially at night! Very large double room with period features in Heaton; 8 minute walk to Chillingham Road metro / 10 min taxi to Newcastle station. Separate study available with a desk, if you need to work. Two separate living rooms if you're the kind of person who would like space to yourself in an evening! Shared kitchen space and extra large fridge / freezer. Please be aware I live with my spaniel, Kilo, so if you're allergic to / don't like dogs, this room wouldn't be for you!

The number 1 bus stop is right outside and leaves every 10 mins making it really easy to get to town.
