Skylark is a private, single-storey one-bedroom annexe in the grounds of our family home. Converted in Spring 2021 it offers light and airy first floor accommodation accessed via an external staircase. Idyllic rural position. Allocated off road parking for one vehicle. Designated outdoor space. 10 minutes drive to the coast. 3 great pubs within 3 miles. Convenience store -2 miles. With breathtaking views, and a great location Skylark is the perfect retreat. Flint Cottage Hindringham close to N Norfolk coast

Flint is 3.7 miles from the sea on a quiet country lane with far reaching rural views. Our 2 story annexe is attached to the far end of our 1795 flint cottage. Private, peaceful, characterful & cosy with all the modern fixtures for short/long stay. A comfortable super king bed or made up as twin single beds. Suitable for babies and I have a child camp bed. Fully equipped kitchen great for home cooking. Open plan kitchen/living room, doors opening out to private patio, spacious free parking.

Fakenham is a lovely market town with plenty of local amenities including some great places to eat.
