8409 Highlands Sleeps 19 condo located directly at top of Ski Lift/Chair 8 Sugar Shack on bottom of lift .Ski IN/OUT with a back door of condo into ski room lower level. The view from inside is great for watching skiers from the lift . Summer time this is one of the lifts that run all year around to get you down to the Resort for all the amenity's on site . Upper Golf course is walking distant to the Club House .This is the only 5 Bedroom Highland condo Slope side. Summer enjoy 2 Decks/Fire Pit

The Mount Pleasant House

This home, constructed in the early 1900’s, was the original farmhouse to this farm property. When the ski area opened in 1970, the dairy barn was converted to the existing lodge and the house was sold. The farmhouse was purchased by Mount Pleasant in 2023. The Mount Pleasant House has 6 bedrooms. Between the six bedrooms, the House comfortably sleeps 10 people. Three bedrooms have Queen beds and two have twins. One has a trundle bed, sleeping two. There are several sofa beds as well.

8280 The Peak Hot tub ski in/out

Located at Peek 'n Peak Ski Resort & Spa in Clymer, NY. This is the only condo (8280) for rent with its own hot tub that is on the ski slopes. Sit in the hot tub and watch the skier's go by. Walk out basement to the ski slopes. With pool table and large flat screen TV. Providing there is ample gap between renters you can check in as early as 8 AM and check out as late as 6 PM. Check with us to make sure this benefit is available for your stay.

Beautiful newly remodeled Peek n Peak condo, just 100 yards from chair lift #8. New appliances, countertops, and plush new carpeting in upstairs of the condo. This ski condo is an easy walk from the lift and all the adventure course during the summer. It truly is a retreat!
