Οι ένοικοι μπορούν να χρησιμοποιούν την μεγάλη πισίνα από κοινού με τους ενοίκους του ισογείου. Σε απόσταση αναπνοής η θάλασσα, παραλίες καθώς και εστιατόρια στην παραλία Μογγονήσι.Η περιοχή ειναί φυμισμένη για την απέραντη ομορφιά της , τα καθαρά νερά και τα καλαίσθητα σπίτια κατά μήκος της ακτής.

Unser Haus befindet sich zentral und ist nur 100m vom Strand entfernt. Bei einem Gläschen Rotwein auf der Terasse können Sie mit Blick aufs Meer die schönen Sonnenuntergänge genießen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Vom Haus aus sind es etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß über eine kleine Straße hinunter zum Strand.
