The mansion can accomodate large groups of friends or multiple families together, with a total capacity of 20 people. Two quadruple rooms (two large double beds), two triple rooms (one large double bed + one single bed), and our unique, hostel-like room with 3 bunk beds. The House is located at Central Zagori (960m elevation) with a view of Vikos Canyon and surrounding villages. After half an hour drive from IOANNINA, you’ll find yourself in a place where the only sounds come from the singing birds, the crystal clear running waters and the rustle of the wind as it flows through the lush trees surrounding the house. This is located on the edge of the village, ensuring complete privacy. The village square is a 7-8 minutes walk away. There, are 3 restaurants/cafes

Ένα ανακαινίσμενο άνετο διαμέρισμα,ηλιόλουστο και με πολύ θετική ενέργεια. Εύκολη πρόσβαση ,μόνο ένα τέταρτο με αυτοκίνητο από το αεροδρόμιο του Ακτίου. Στην πρεβεζα θα βρείτε πολύ όμορφες παραλίες για κολύμπι, προσβάσιμες με τα πόδια εντός 5 λεπτών από το διαμέρισμα, ενώ οι παραλίες του Ιονίου εντός 15 λεπτών με αυτοκίνητο. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται 1 λεπτό απόσταση από την αρχή του λιμανιού της Πρέβεζας, προορισμός για χαλαρή βόλτα δίπλα από τα γραφικά ιστιοπλοϊκά.

Het huis is gebouwd op elementen van Byzantijnse en Turkse architectuur. Het duurde drie jaar om het te bouwen (aan het einde van de vorige eeuw) door de meest ervaren en beroemde ambachtslieden uit Zagorochoria in die tijd, met rots als het belangrijkste materiaal. Het oude herenhuis ligt op de heuvel van Sivota, waar het uitzicht op vier punten van de horizon iedereen die het bezoekt enthousiast maakt.
