Ο σχεδιασμός βασίζεται σε καθαρές γεωμετρίες και φυσικά υλικά σε ανοιχτούς τόνους. Το σπίτι είναι καινούργιο και έτοιμο να φιλοξενήσει τους επισκέπτες που θέλουν να χαλαρώσουν και να απολαύσουν τις διακοπές τους δίπλα στη θάλασσα. Η γειτονιά είναι πολύ φιλόξενη και ήσυχη,100 μέτρα από το γραφικό λιμανάκι του Κολυμπαρίου και 20 μέτρα μακρυά από την παραλία. Πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι θα βρείτε σούπερ μάρκετ, φαρμακείο, γυμναστήριο, φούρνο, καφέ, παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες, μαγαζί με φρέσκα φρούτα και λαχανικά καθώς και μαγαζί με φρέσκα ψάρια. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.

CASA 28 III is a freshly renovated apartment in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Chania, a breath away from the Venetian old harbour and the center and close to the beach also..! So close to the center but so quiet neighborhood with plenty free parkings around , equipment with anything you need, brand new household appliances and furniture. Located 2 minutes walking distance from the beach as well as from the city centre, shopping district and café/ bar area, super market & port. There is a beach just beneath the apartment (50 meters), and all the other beaches are accessible on foot.
