A charming six bedroom house ideal for hosting families & golfing parties. This listing is first and foremost a family home, with all the charm and quirks that go with this type of property. It has generous reception space (the house has been described as swallowing you up) including a grand drawing room with antique furniture & a large open fire, a huge dining kitchen with views over the Forth & a cosy TV room with a large sofa ideal for curling up and watching films. Not suitable for parties.

It is also just a short walk from the leisure pool, golf courses & harbours. Dunbar is only 20 minutes from Edinburgh by train.

Driftwood’ is a quiet, modern , dog friendly home (max of 2 dogs ) in a private courtyard just one minute from the beach and the town centre. It's an ideal seaside holiday retreat for couples, small families, or adults on a golf trip. The main bedroom has a king size luxury bed with a special mattress ( gel , body tempera regulating memory) bed and the second bedroom has one single bed and a smaller (183CM) bed (recommended for children only) There is one free parking space at the front door.

Newly refurbished, fully renovated 1870 fisherman’s cottage in the quaint conservation village of Cockenzie, East Lothian. Decorated in sumptuous velvets, tartan, unique art, copper switches, sockets and accent lighting throughout. Exposed stone walls, (gas) wood burner, open plan lounge (with double sofa bed) kitchen/dining with window seat in Harris Tweed to watch the world go by. The Croft in North Berwick, is on a quiet residential street just 5 minutes walk from the train station, beach and main street. We hope you find the house comfortable and welcoming during your holiday. Newly decorated throughout, the Croft has a large kitchen with dining area which leads onto a private enclosed garden. It benefits from WiFi and a Sky Sports package with Sky Q on an HD TV. The house is beautifully furnished. Brand new beds in each of the bedrooms. A clean and comfortable home.

Newtonlees Cottage-A hidden gem!

Peaceful and homey self-contained accommodation - a separated annexe to our home. It is on the outskirts of Dunbar but within walking distance (~25 mins). Tucked behind new housing but your back garden is private. We are close to beautiful beaches and golf courses. Fresh milk, butter, cereals, coffee and something to toast are provided. Ideal for exploring the Lothians /Northumbria, or to just chill. Farm track road so please note the lower end of the road is prone to potholes in sections.

The Historic Dalkeith Water Tower

The water tower is a bespoke home in an historic building sensitively converted by its architect owner. The tower is located in the historic town of Dalkeith and the settlement of Eskbank. 20 minutes by car from Edinburgh airport. A bus service into Edinburgh stops every 10- 15 minutes, the bus stop is a 2 minute walk away. 25 minutes by rail to the Scottish Borders or to the centre of Edinburgh from the local Eskbank Train Station, a 20 minute walk from the tower.

a tranquil retreat for walking and cycling in the countryside, discovering the many nearby beaches, playing golf on the numerous local courses, visiting historic castles and villages..................or just relaxing with a glass or two on the deck with a good book. The Millers Cottage is part of a small cluster of five properties at Sandys Mill close to the village of East Linton and the town of Haddington. There is easy access by car, bus and train.

It is the perfect holiday retreat for families, walkers on the John Muir Way - or simply for a romantic getaway. The views are spectacular. The cottage directly faces the sandy beach, a perfect little rocky cove, and the sea beyond. The sunsets are breath-taking and you may even glimpse dolphins and seals in their natural habitat.

A stunning Lodge only 20 minutes from Edinburgh by train. Full of colour and character set in large gardens overlooking the nearby golf course to the sea beyond. The beautiful garden with small orchard and large area of decking is ideal for enjoying a BBQ with family or friends on a summer's evening. 4 minutes walk to the beach and 1 minute to the golf course, (10% discount on green fees at local golf course for our guests).
