This is a cozy bedroom with a very comfy king bed located in the banquet hall next to our home. The bedroom opens up to a large sitting area which seats 10 comfortably. There are two full bathrooms, a full-size fridge and freezer, coffee pot, electric skillet, toaster, and microwave. It's completely private with its own carport. Historic Sears Catalog House fully restored in downtown Cat Spring. Originally delivered as a kit house, delivered by train to Cat Spring and built in 1926, the Almita house was fully restored in 2019. It has real hardwood floors and shiplap walls along with original wood windows along with the features of a modern kitchen with electric range and bathroom with tile floor.
