Double bed 2х2, work zone. Large refrigerator, microwave, washing machine. All kitchen appliances are present. Blankets bedspreads, clean linen. I have a dedicated parking space on the territory of the complex EXPO 15 min to the Down Town 25 min to the beach 20 min by car. Golf club, park, pool!

The views are AMAZING!😱 You can see the skyline and Burj Khalifa from the pool🏊, and design district from the balcony ☀️ Wifi and 1 private parking slot of course! 😃 Amazing gym and playground area for kids, jacuzzi & sauna too! Everything is included, no extra tourism fee, or any other hidden costs. Enjoy!!
