Comfortable 1 bedroom Condo w/ Marina and ICW view

Location, Location, Location! This condo overlooks the marina and the intercoastal water way leading to the gulf of Mexico. It also has a water taxi that leaves from the marina to a restaurant on the island for $6 a person. Englewood beach is close by, so If you are looking for relaxation on the beach or by the pool, there is a pool to have a cocktail by. The area has many things to do like kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, charters, golfing, and many bars and restaurants.

Excellent restaurants and Tiki Bars within walking distance. This unit is a 1 bedroom 1 bath spacious unit that can comfortably sleep 4. It includes a King bed & Full size sleeper sofa. It also has a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and tile floors throughout. No Pets.

This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo sits right on the beach and is just a 10-15 minute walk to all Manasota Key has to offer! Completely remodeled in 2024. This condo can accommodate 6-8 guest. The master has a king bed, there are 2 queens in the guest room, and 2 large couches that can accommodate 2 guest. Kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for your stay!
