Dit is de dichtstbijzijnde woning bij Sylvan Lake te huur en de enige woning van deze stijl die te huur is. De woning wordt ondersteund door een bosdienst en heeft geen grindwegen om te navigeren. Het huis ligt vlak bij Sylvan Lake road en heeft een grote garage voor 2 auto's ( meer als 3 auto's) en is inbegrepen bij het gebruik van de woning ( er zijn wat opbergspullen in de garage). Aan de overkant van de straat is een Buffalo and Long Horn veeboerderij.
