De accommodatie beschikt over een terras met ingebouwde grill met uitzicht op de bomen en wilde dieren waar gasten 's ochtends kunnen genieten van hun koffie of een eigen barbecue. Proost op marshmallows bij de vuurplaats of speel ook een potje Pickleball. Gelegen op minder dan 15 minuten van bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving, waaronder Mid-Ohio Racetrack, Mansfield 's historische binnenstad, Shawshank-gevangenis, en restaurants en het nachtleven.

Onze ruime landelijke retraite ligt op 28 prachtige hectare waar je kunt genieten van een visvijver van 3/4 hectare, bossen met wandelpaden, unieke golf tee naar putting green, 9 holes disc golfbaan. Je ruimte is de gehele benedenverdieping van deze goed ingerichte woning met 2 slaapkamers, badkamer, kitchenette (geen fornuis), speelkamer met pooltafel. Gasten kunnen gebruikmaken van: kajak, boot met vlakke bodem, vistuig voor het vangen en loslaten, frisbee-schijven, maïsgat, basketbal, brandhout, kampvuurstokken, golfclubs/ballen.

Een rustig uitje dat zorgvuldig is onderhouden en met zorg is ingericht. Dit privé-gasthuis ligt op 10 hectare op minder dan 5 minuten van het centrum van Bellville en op slechts 5 mijl van de I-71. Ontspan op de comfortabele bank of een van de twee buitenruimtes met een prachtig uitzicht op het platteland. Op het hoofdniveau waar je binnenkomt vind je een bureau, een half bad en een wasmachine/droger. Boven is de belangrijkste leefruimte met een eettafel, woonkamer, keuken, volledig bad en ruime queensize slaapkamer.

Whether you're seeking a serene country getaway or a peaceful spot to recharge after exploring nearby tourist attractions, Erinwood is the perfect destination for you!

Relax and recharge at this peaceful place to getaway, visit family, or stay while on business in the area. It is nestled among woods and overlooks a small creek. Visible from the dining room table there are a variety of birds at the feeder and deer by the river. We don’t charge a cleaning fee. In addition to the linens, EVERY TIME the bed comforters, pillow shams, shower mat and rug are laundered before the next guest. Stays over 5 days will have a washer and dryer available for use.

A floor-to-ceiling glass front provides you with a view of fields green in summertime and ripe with goldenrod in the fall, four outdoor deck spaces invite you to relax in the beauty of nature, and a second story loft suite with a soaking tub are ready to provide you with rest and refreshment.

Romantic get-away in a historic one-room schoolhouse! We are approx. 15 minutes to most area attractions, restaurants, wineries, shopping and nature! Mid-Ohio Race Track, Ohio State Reformatory-SHAWSHANK; Clearfork Reservoir, Kingwood Center Gardens, Ohio Bird Sanctuary and the beautiful paved Richland B&O bike trail. GG’s Place – Waar herinneringen worden gemaakt.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This house was built in the 1900’s. The Fox family moved in around 1955. GG lived here until 2025. Raising seven children here, many memories were made. We look forward to sharing this home with friends we know and people we meet along this adventure. We also have a pickleball court available for you to make a reservation to use.
