Bonita Villa privada estilo boho chic a 200 m de las TOP playas de Las Terrenas. La Villa linda con el exclusivo Hotel Costa las Ballenas. Es un residenial privado con 24h seguridad y con un acceso directo a la playa .La casa tiene 3 dormitorios, 2 D con A/C y con amplios baños en suite y una mezzanine de 60 m2 con una cama queen y sofá cama ( 2 x twin ) creando una gran zona chill out con Tv de 52 pulgadas con Smart TV. La planta baja tiene un Baño con aseo. Hay un cuarto de servicio anexo.

Bungalow cosy et atypique, au charme fou…le bungalow est situé dans notre propriété sécurisée à seulement quelques pas du village et quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Le logement climatisé est soigné, tout est fait pour vous accueillir dans un cadre idyllique et confortable. Vous disposez d’un très grand lit confortable, d’une salle de bain « tropicale » vous invitant au voyage. A l’extérieur vous disposez d’une piscine privative, ainsi que deux terrasses qui vous invite au farniente!

The villa is 8 minutes distance from center of town, where you will have shopping facilities, restaurants, and bars. In the mountains. 4x4 car is advised. Electricity villa NOT included.
