We are thrilled to offer as a new listing our 2nd lovely new room with glorious views. It has a king size bed and a brand new en-suite with a spacious walk in shower, as well as tea and coffee facilities. A delicious breakfast will be cooked for you each morning, and served in our cozy dining room. Guests from both rooms have the use of a private lounge with woodburner and TV. We are situated down a quiet road on 4 acres of farmland, near Helston, Porthleven and many attractions on the Lizard.

A bright room in a medieval Cornish farmhouse within the sound of the sea. It has a large deep set window, super comfortable bed and bags of character. The room is accessed by a half-spiral stone staircase which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. The room has a private shower-room along the landing. Peace and tranquillity in a traditional farmhouse B&B on the coast 5 minute's walk from the coast path and stunning sea views. Delicious freshly cooked breakfast included.

This spacious 2-bed apartment pulls out all the stops with a separate kitchen & living area, 4 king-size beds and a bunk room. Craft a culinary masterpiece in the open-plan kitchen – complete all chef-worthy utensils for cooking up a feast (complete with dishwasher, of course). And when your food prep is done and dusted, spend the evening sofa side, chilling and sipping something chilled. This space is designed for flex.

Holifield Hostel - Dorm 1 - 8 Guests

One of our bright and spacious accessible dorms with a shared balcony view. Wifi, reading lights, curtains, power sockets and USB chargepoints, and lockers provided with each bed. Each dorm has a shared sink. Our hostel was built from recycled and reclaimed materials and is kitted out for people with mobility impairments & wheelchair users. Check our other two dorms for extra availability - hostel sleeps 20 overall.

Located just a 20 minute walk into Newquay town with all the bars and restaurants on offer. Close to Porth beach which is approximately a ten to fifteen minute walk away. Sole use of the TV lounge with a 65 inch tv with Netflix and Prime .
