The property is protected to the south with an old growth forest and directly in front of the house is Shelter Cove, providing shelter from coastal winds and where the Orcas like to hang out. Looking for the classic Oregon coast experience, this is it!

Wizard Hat Beach House

The Wizard Hat Beach House is a massive 3,956 square foot house with the best oceanfront views on the Oregon Coast. It will sleep nine adults comfortably, and kids will love the game room on the third floor. There's also a separate suite with a king bed and sofa sleeper on the lower level that boasts panoramic ocean views from every angle. Guests can access the beach using the stairwell leading from the house and enjoy miles of beachcombing or a leisurely walk into Old Town.

The Point provides the most amazing OMG view of the ocean and beach of the Oregon South Coast and possibly the world. On the Bay across from Charleston Harbor. Bright, clean, and cozy, rustic 1940s era cottage duplex, perfect for frugal travelers. Features kitchenette, comfortable queen bed plus fold-out sofa bed in the living room. There is no view from inside the cottage, but a small patio with fire pit (weather permitting) is available with gorgeous views from outside the cottage. Cottage A is close to Cape Arago Hwy., and receives more road noise than any of our other properties.

Our 4 bedroom, 2 .5 bath OCEAN FRONT home sits 50' above the Pacific Ocean and overlooks Cape Arago Lighthouse (decommissioned in 2006). Private stairs lead to a beautiful semi-private beach which faces Northwest, resulting in less wind. We are close to several Oregon State Parks. Golf is nearby HOUSEKEEPING IS NOT PROVIDED, you are asked to wash linens, dishes and clean the unit so it is ready for the next guest. No smoking or pets please.
