Als je komt om te vissen, zijn het meer en de rivier in de buurt en kun je je boot op het omheinde terrein parkeren. De eigenaars wonen op het terrein, maar zitten er niet bovenop. Ook Charlie de hond woont op dit terrein, hij is erg sociaal. Kijk uit over de stad Oroville met een prachtig uitzicht en de Buttes. Op enkele minuten van het ziekenhuis en het Gold Country Casino Resort. In de buurt verschillende wandelroutes.

If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.
