Geniet van een rustige vakantie in dit volledig gerenoveerde historische schoolhuis dat in de jaren 1800 werd gebouwd. Het biedt een open plattegrond met een loft waar de vier eenpersoonsbedden zich bevinden *kan meer privé worden gemaakt door de schuurdeuren te sluiten. Er zijn twee complete badkamers, een grote keuken, woonruimte, eetruimte en een open ruimte die we op verzoek kunnen gebruiken voor ambachtelijke activiteiten of andere activiteiten. Het heeft ook een Halo luchtzuiveringssysteem, waardoor virusdeeltjes tegengaan om door de HVAC te reizen.

Tijdens je verblijf in deze ruime, rustgevende accommodatie vergeet je al je zorgen. Rustig, veilig en buiten de stadsgrenzen. Eigen ingang en speciale verwarming en koeling. An entire older home nestled in a historic district with a beautiful view of large back yard, quiet and private. Cozy for two, spacious for more. There are three upstairs bedrooms (two queen, one king, and a foldout twin) and full bath and a second full bath in the basement. A 4-block walk to a vibrant main street with lots of restaurants. The main floor has full kitchen, internet, living and dining rooms with a beautiful sunroom. There is no bed or bath on the main floor.

If you are looking to spend some time in the country, this rental is for you. This unit is the fully furnished, walkout lower level of our home. It features a private entrance, a king size bed, full bathroom with bathtub, kitchen, dining area and spacious entertainment area. There is plenty of room for an air mattress in the living area (air mattress not supplied). Since we live above this property, absolutely no pets, no smoking of any kind and no unregistered guests.

Maak je thuisbasis van Hillsdale County in een van de vroegste huizen in Jonesville, gunstig gelegen op 10 minuten van Hillsdale College. Het huis is een stevig bewaard gebleven huis dat je uitnodigt om je schoenen uit te doen en te ontspannen. Het heeft een complete keuken, een grote eettafel en bedden voor 6 personen. Er is een badkamer met een douche en veel warm water. Volledige keuken. Wasmachine en droger.
