You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

We have Dish Network set up for cable TV and Starlink internet available. Please keep in mind that there are 5 miles of dirt road you will drive on to arrive.

If you're driving a big rig, there is plenty of room to drive through without having to back up! We also have RV plug if you just want a spot to stop for the night and plug in! The heating and air is a 'mini split' (like the motel units)....
