On the outside it's a quaint cottage, inside it's Hollywood! Welcome to our private oasis, secure, safe, comfortable and close to the action. Just a short stroll to public transport, Como Hotel, and cute cafes. Or a few minutes in an Uber and you're at Crown Casino, Victoria Park's bustling cafe strip, Curtin University, City, Swan River, and golf course. Our guesthouse is brand new, fully self contained with separate bathroom / laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.

Mount St City Studio - Unique pad with great Wi-Fi

Overlooking Perth city with glimpses of the Swan River & a stones throw to Kings Park. The studio has been lovingly restored - a cosy, unique & modern space. The studio is fresh & clean with a lift to get you to the top floor. Built in the 60's the outside is a bit worn & has some quirks. The property is located next to the freeway and has double glazing installed to mitigate noise. Parking is free, but there is not a dedicated space. There is street parking (free overnight & paid during day).
