Enjoy easy access to everything Perth city has to offer from this modern apartment with pool, tennis court and gym. We supply free tennis rackets & balls. Walk to the city or take the free bus that stops right outside the apartment complex. At the base of magnificent Kings Park, opposite a lovely park with a lake and waterfall, and 5 min walk to Swan River. 7 min drive to UWA. Very quiet and peaceful, but so close to the action. Free secured underground parking & fast unlimited wifi included.
