Whether you are looking for a relaxing or magical escape our “ Peachy Beach Gem ” can address your needs… This is an 25m2 Seafront studio apartment with one double bed, full bathroom, a furnished kitchen, and a terrace with an amazing sea view. The apartment is tastefully decorated with all the comforts we think you will need on your stay with us! The apartment suits 2 people comfortably. The terrace provides for a great place to have an evening dinner and watch the wonderful blues of the sea or the tremendous outline of Split. In the evening you can enjoy the sparkling lights of the Island while relaxing with your favorite drink! Our property is located on the beach and has direct access to the sea in a very relaxing and safe area. Best of all we are just 10m till you can touch the water of the Adriatic! Along the beach you will find a number of restaurants, bars, pizzerias and cafés offering typical Dalmatian food and beverage at reasonable prices. The nearest marina is a 5-min walk from the apartment thus allowing easy access to one of the nearby islands such as Brac or Hvar. Also along the beach within a 5 minute walk there is a large 5 star hotel and casino that also has an array of places to dine, enjoy a cup of espresso or just get an ice cream. The apartment has an air-conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet as well as its own parking space. The apartment has tile thru-out the unit and furniture that is very comfortable and relaxing. The bathroom has an enclosed shower with sink and toilet. The apartment is located on the first floor which is a great option for people who do not like to climb stairs! Beautifull house on the coast.It's only 3min walk near main sand beach Gabine in Kastel Stafilic.You have house with garden,parking,grill and big table outside under tree.House is insaide 120m2.Outside is 300m2 and it is safe big garden for the kids and one way little safe street.In the bio garden are trees of lemon, peach,orange and apriccot There is also parking for 6 cars.Everything insaid is new and something is massive shabby.New bathroms, kitchen, beds...Beach is only 35m with restorant

Villa Four Brothers - Luxury Penthouse Suite

Penthouse Suite is located on the 2nd floor and it have 100m2. It consists of three bedrooms with large double bed and TV. In the hall are bathroom and toilet. One of bedroom has a makeup table and its own bathroom and exit to the balcony connecting the rest of the apartment. Kitchen has a window overlooking the sea and high table with high chairs and also there is dining table with chairs. From the living room you come out to a large spacious balcony. All rooms have air conditioning.

Verbringt einen erholsamen Urlaub in meinem schönen Apartment in ruhiger und idyllischer Umgebung. Die Unterkunft befindet sich zwischen Split und Trogir und zum ruhigen Strand läuft man bloß 3min zu Fuß (einen Hundestrand gibt es dort auch). Genießt euren Sommer und eure Freizeit bei uns, pflückt frische Trauben aus dem Garten und nutzt unseren Grill und Vorgarten für gemütliche Abende. Parken ist ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück möglich. Wir freuen uns auf euch!
