Koeda House is just a 3-minute walk from Fuda Station and 5-7 minutes from Chofu Station. Direct buses run between Chofu and Haneda & Narita Airports and Tokyo Disney Resort. From Chofu, it takes only 2 stops(15 min) to Shinjuku by express train and 22 min to Shibuya. Chofu, known as the “City of Cinema,” is a popular filming location. Nearby Jindaiji has a traditional atmosphere and feels like “Little Kyoto.” I’m from Kyoto and truly believe Chofu is one of the best places to visit or live.

"SUMIRE AOI HOUSE" is a small Japanese house. The basic structure of the house was designed in 1952 by Makoto Masuzawa, a leading architect in Japan. And the house was redesigned by Makoto Koizumi in 1999. I had lived 20 years with my family. The sense of space by the south-facing large windows and the stairwell, it will make you attracted.
