We equipped the unit with a 50" flat screen TV, full cable package, bose sound bar/Bluetooth speaker, high speed internet, walk in shower with dual shower heads and a bench seat, full kitchen with gas stove, bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out sofa, fenced private patio area with fire pit, off street parking 30 ft from the door, and everything you need for a nice quiet night and or weekend getaway. Our place is close to Downtown, restaurants and nightlife, Bidwell Park and Chico State. You’ll love our creek side setting because of the location. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and family visiting Chico State students.
