We zijn blij om deze woning te introduceren, een afstamming van 130 jaar, liefdevol gerestaureerd en onderhouden naar moderne normen. We hopen dat je zult genieten van je verblijf en dat de zorgvuldig samengestelde kunst en meubels tijdens je verblijf voor je beschikbaar zullen zijn. Het huis is officieel gecertificeerd 'Diamond House' -norm door de Kerala Tourism Department.

House has 3 bedrooms (2 with ACs and one nonAC), all with attached bathrooms (two with heaters), a hall and a common bathroom that surrounds a central courtyard, the naalukettu, a hallmark of traditional Kerala architecture. Rooms are well ventilated with mosquito netted windows. Hall has dining table with 6 chairs, sofa set and a diwan. Modular kitchen with work area has fridge, gas stove, Aquaguard water purifier, mixie etc. Corridor leading to Pooja room and a patio are ideal for relaxation.

Een overdekte synthetische tennisbaan en het eerste pickleballveld in Kerala bevinden zich in de accommodatie zelf. Met veel gazon en fitnessapparatuur hebben actieve mensen ook genoeg mogelijkheden.
