You will be 3 houses away from the beach. This is a studio apartment with a comfortable queen-size bed and a Click Clack couch that opens into a small double bed, if needed. There is a full bathroom with nice shower. There is a small kitchenette with stovetop, microwave and toaster oven for cooking.

The Blue Cottage is in a quiet neighborhood just 4 blocks from Dearborn Avenue with all great entertainment, eclectic shopping and restaurants, live music, and more. The Front porch pictured is part of the main house and is NOT included for use while renting the Blue Cottage Suite. Enjoy your own 2 room suite in this lovely secluded neighborhood. The bamboo floors and light colored wood make your space bright and cheerful. The back yard features a 2 story tiki hut, hammock, fire pit, and dock for your relaxation. Arrive by land or by sea. The sailboat access canal is only 300 yards from the Peace River and the dock is powered 110V. The home is at the end of a cul-de-sac with a large open area in front of the house.

Guest suite(Master room) connected with the house, own entrance and own private space. Private bathroom and bedroom. Outside area for relax time. Modest room with basics for a good stay, close of the hospitals,beach,restaurants,supermarkets,bowling, and more.

Great place to be! Spectacular Waterfront view. Heated pool with spa. Very quiet neighborhood. One bedroom suite. Living room and bedroom have stunning panoramic view of Piece River, pool and canal. Full kitchen with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Lanai and back yard have lounge chairs, seating patio set and outdoor egg chair for you to relax and enjoy this true Floridian experience.
