Appartement face à la mer à 2 minutes à pied de la plage du golfe de Squillace . Il se situe à proximité immédiate de l'hotel San Domenico. L'appartement, dessiné par un architecte a été totalement rénové en 2018. Les prestations sont luxueuses. Il est idéal pour 4 personnes puisqu'il a 2 chambres qui disposent chacune d'un lit 160x200, espace de rangement et de leur propre salle bain. Le salon dispose de 2 sofas de 90x200cm qui peuvent accueillir confortablement 2 personnes supplémentaires.

Boutique appartement aan de 'kust der goden' in Parghelia/Tropea in Calabrië. Verbouwd en vernieuwd in 2020. Max. 4 pers. Geen dieren! Leefruimte en ingerichte keuken met wasmachine/droogkast, vaatwas, koelkast, oven, inductie kookplaat. 2 slaapkamers met dubbele bedden en ruime kasten. Badkamer met douche. 2 ruime terrassen, gemeenschappelijk zwembad (zomer geopend Juli en Augustus en gratis te gebruiken) Strand op loopafstand, voor de deur! Airco, WIFI, kluis, parkeerplaats voor de deur.

Calabria-Punta Scrugli -N3- appartamento sul mare

In uno dei tratti più belli della Costa degli Dei, nel comune di Briatico, tra Tropea e Pizzo Calabro c'è un angolo di paradiso chiamato Punta Alimede. Ideale per chi ama il mare e la sua pace. La spiaggia dista solo 75 passi dagli appartamenti che sorgono in un complesso privato immerso nel verse e cullato dal suono del mare. Credo le foto possano descrivere al meglio questo luogo magico.
