Its gold chandeliers and pink sofa make it "bougie", yet the rustic surroundings on our 143 acres brings in a "boondock" feel! For max space, it is set up as a studio with a queen Murphy bed. There’s a loft area we call "The Fort”, with floor mats for the kiddos, and a single futon sofa downstairs which can accommodate 1 smaller person.

Located less than a mile from the beautiful public access area of Hogscald Hollow on Beaver Lake, and only 20 minutes from Eureka Springs! Two inflatable paddle boards & two kayaks for you to explore Beaver Lake. The outdoor space is where most guests spend a majority of their time. The back patio has a new Hot Tub, gas firepit, propane grill and screened in porch.
