The stocked kitchen and BBQ have everything you need to make a gourmet meal to pair with your complimentary bottle of estate wine. This gorgeous villa is secluded while still close enough to hop into Monterey or Carmel.

Life Is Good in our Quiet and Peaceful retreat

Parties, loud gatherings are not allowed. 9:00 pm quiet time outside! Extra guest fee $100.00 per person. Pets are welcome; we do have a $50.00 pet fee. Yard is Not fully fenced! No smoking allowed on property. No candles, fires or flames at all. Three car maximum: parking is very limited. Park cars parallel to each other.
